Scott Myers
HBE General Manager
Scott has been in the electrical contracting world for 35 years +, he is responsible for the whole business including contracts, staff, finance, Accreditations, policies & procedures and all aspects of H&S. Scott has been with HBE since June 2024, prior to that he was Operations Director for a critical power specialist.
Phil Day
HBE Contracts Manager
Phil has been working for HBE since September 2022, previously he had worked for HBE on a subcontract basis for 15+ years.
Phil is responsible for all HBE site contract’s, Business fleet vehicle’s, costing of projects and general site queries.
Phil has been in the electrical contracting world for 40+ years.
Lewis Martin
HBE Site Supervisor/niceic Qualifying Supervisor
Lewis has been with HBE since May 2017, he has undertaken a full electrical apprenticeship and has worked his way up to now have the sole responsibility of being the HBE NICEIC qualifying supervisor, Lewis is extremely knowledgeable of electrical regulations and is also the HBE site supervisor.
David Marchant
HBE Electrical Estimator
David has worked for HBE for over 40+ years, David now works part time as our HBE electrical Estimator and is responsible for tendering all the larger scale projects.
Mandie Marchant
HBE Accounts Manager
Mandie joined HBE in February 2020, she is responsible for all accounting for HBE which includes all business accounts, invoices, payments, sales ledgers, HMRC, staff wages & all suppliers accounts.
Lisa Myers
HBE Contract Admin Support
Lisa joined HBE in November 2025, she is responsible for scheduling staff, creating O&M manuals, RAM’s, Site H&S files, Site programmes and all general admin related to HBE site forthcoming or ongoing contracts.
Mabel Myers
HBE Security Manager
Mabel Myers joined HBE in November 2025, her unofficial role as chief of security and Mental health wellbeing aid is to get stroked and praised and patrol around the office, meet and greet all potential visitors and bark at everyone and anything that she deems a threat to the business, she appears to take her role very seriously.
